Hi, I’m Anna Linde.

I’m a Board-Certified Sexologist, a licensed counselor, and a Somatic Sex Educator. I work with individuals and couples at the intersection of mental health and sexual health.

My personal background is that I’m a transracial adoptee—born in Brazil and raised in Stockholm—which has given me a deep understanding of being racialized, and the racialized trauma that can come with that experience. My specializations are sexual trauma and racial trauma.

The Racial Trauma Protocol, developed at Ottawa University in Canada, complements the cognitive behavioral therapy training I completed earlier. I also integrate models and theories from Dance & Movement Therapy as key pillars in my work.
